Please view the selected manufactured sizes. Due to the current inventory system,
the size you order must be checked prior to shipping. If the size you purchased is not
available, your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 24-48 hours for item to be shipped.
Normal shipping schedule is Monday through Friday.
Shipping is non-refundable once merchandise has been shipped.

Shipping Options: To better accommodate our customers we have included UPS and FEDX shipping options. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes and we may contact customers through email or phone to correct this problem.

Express Shipments: We will try to ship all express shipments same day as ordered. This is not guaranteed as we have a busy schedule to meet and items may run out of stock. Please place orders by 2pm or call and speak to a representative.

Oversized Items: Some items sold are oversized, as a result customers will be charged the difference in price. Items may include large buckets, whips or saddles. Whenever possible these items are marked that an extra charge may apply.

Free Shipping: Some items qualify for free shipping, this will be notated in the product description for that product (with new free shipping icon). Free shipping is either UPS ground or standard Postal Service. Free shipping is only available in the Contiguous 48 states. And is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or any other country. A minimum of $200.00 must be spent to qualify for free shipping (excluding tax and shipping). We reserve the right to alter free shipping at any time or disable it as a shipping option.

Saddle Return Policy: We allow a 10 day trial policy on all of our saddles.

  • We encourage you to put the saddle on, girth it up, sit in it, and even ride it around for a little bit. We highly recommend that you wrap your stirrups with a cloth so as to protect the leather from any marks or dirt. We do understand marks on the billet straps because you have to girth the saddles in order to fit your horse properly
  • A FULL REFUND CAN ONLY BE GIVEN if the saddle is returned in the same condition as you received it. For example: No marks on the leather. No mud, dirt or dust and no signs of wear and/or horse hair on it.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs unless the saddle is determined by us to have a manufacturer's defect. Only then, will we will credit your shipping cost.
  • Nelson Royal's reserves the right to charge a 15% or higher restocking fee on any saddle returned to us that shows signs of wear and tear on it. It is your responsibility to take care of the saddle while it is in your possession.
  • We STRONGLY recommend that you ship the saddle you are returning with insurance on it.
**Please be aware that this is much less than the actual shipping price per saddle, we feel this is an added bonus for our customers.
